Young Voices of Science Spring 2026 session begins

The 12th session of the Young Voices of Science program, and our first in 2026 has begun! The current Spring session is composed of 26 participants from 25 institutions across the US, Chile, England, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru, our most international cohort to date. Students are getting to know one another, dive into their lineup of expert presenter workshops and begin to determine what topic, medium, audience and goals they might take on for thier invidual outreach projects. The Spring 2026 session is slated to conclude on May 7th with our Project Showcase, before the school year ends and the field season begins for the vast majority of our program participants.

Since its inception, and not including the new Spring 2026 session, the YVoS program has served 260 students from 121 unique academic institutions in the U.S and Puerto Rico, Canada, Chile, Portugal, Panama, Philippines, Germany, Scotland, Ecuador, China, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.
