For her YVoS Fall 2021 outreach project, Shania conducted an interview with Dr. Teresa Bergholz, a food scientist based out of Michigan State University. Her interview provides insight into the journey of a food scientist’s career, while also showing us what a typical day in the life of a food scientist entails.
